We were so pleased with how fast, efficient and friendly the Hawaii Junk Removal crew were. I called about a week in advance, and was able to easily schedule an appointment to pick up some construction debris, yard/organic stuff and miscellaneous large/bulky household junk that wasn't easy to get rid of through the usual weekly C&C of Honolulu trash pickup.The crew arrived on time (and even early! The dispatcher called in the morning to ask if they could come an hour or two before our scheduled time). The crew arrived, and took all our instructions with what to take/not take with a smile. We got an upfront estimate, and that's exactly what we paid when the finished getting all our stuff (in about 45-60 minutes). No surprises! They also answered all our questions about other things that we might need hauled away later, and gave us lots of helpful suggestions.My mom and brother have been resistant to hiring a service to get rid of our house and yard junk for years, but the crew at Hawaii Junk Removal were so friendly and efficient, they helped my family realize that this was a good solution that was well worth the money.Thank you! We will definitely call on your company again!

Update: I used their services about 2 years ago (old comment below) and I figured why not try them again. The only difference this time was the team that came out. Saito and his group made the experience just as good as the first! They were fast, friendly, and professional. Once again, Myrtle was awesome with the administrative side and got me scheduled instantly. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Upon the passing of a dear friend, I had to make a very short notice trip to Honolulu to clear her apartment of furnishings. Mrytle was wonderful to work with, setting up a crew within a few days of contact. Carlos and his crew showed up in a timely manner and quickly assessed what was to be removed, gave an acceptable quote, then went right to work. These guys are awesome. They showed up on time and prepared. They were very professional and respectful of my mom and me and our home. They hauled away two queen size beds, box spring, frame and all plus a dresser, a couch, an over sized chair and foot rest, shelves, a room divider, rugs, a vacuum and other odds and ends all under a half hour! When they were finishing they asked if there was anything I wanted to add and I threw in a few more things for no extra charge. They also gave me a great deal. This was one of the only companies that was able to provide me a quote via email, with the photos and description provided. Not many companies come out to Makaha which is as another reason for going with the company. All the other places want to come down inspect, then provide a quote. They provided Great service, was respectful and really helped take a large chunk of stress away! I would use them again if there comes a need in the near future.

5 STAR RATING!!!It's very hard to get SAME DAY SERVICE! I called them at 12:30pm asking if they can come today to remove junk from our office. Myrtle was very helpful and responsive with my request. There were 2 options. 1: They could send someone out to give an estimate and then schedule service OR 2: They send the guys out and they can estimate & remove onsite! We took option #2 since we really needed everything out of here today.The guys and their crew came at 2:15pm and removed everything we needed in 10 minutes or less! This is the second time I used this company. There is a reason why they have 700+ 5 star ratings. They are reasonably price, quick and considerate, a great bunch of guys who listen and really want to do the best for you! Do not ever call 1800-Got-Junk….this group will do so much more for you and the other will not take everything! These guys take ALMOST everything-call them first! I did not even bother with a second bid—-since I already did that on my first time around.

Hawaii Junk Removal is the best out of all the junk removal companies! They not only come to your place to give free estimates, they donate, recycle, and safely dispose of your junk. Myrtle is wonderful in setting up the appointments, giving very reasonable estimates, and keeping in contact with you about what’s going on. Carlos and his crew work very hard. They are quick and efficient in getting the job done. I am amazed at how fast they cleared years of clutter so effortlessly. What also impressed me about them was how they constantly checked to make sure what was to be thrown away or kept, that meant a lot to my mom and I. These guys are hard workers, trustworthy, and have positive good energy. Hands down they are the best! I recommend them to everyone, they are amazing!

Four guys came promptly on time to remove junk, furniture, odds and ends at my house. My husband and I were throughly impressed by their teamwork, skill, expertise and professionalism. Carlos and his crew were very polite, professional, and careful with our home as they thoroughly worked their way through my family’s enormous garage filled wall-to-wall of garbage, boxes, and miscellaneous waste.We were incredibly overwhelmed and embarrassed of our garbage collection, but the guys reassured us that it was not a problem and that they’d get it all done quick and easy.They even offered to take our compost that was lying on the patio for some time without an issue. They swept up afterward and literally left nothing but good vibes and clarity. This great crew (Carlos & friends) provided same day service in the late afternoon. They were professional, friendly and extremely efficient! I’m currently in the process of moving and had some furniture that needed to be removed. I highly recommend choosing Hawaii junk removal in anyone in the same situation.The scheduling process was quick and easy. They were even able to come the same week! The receptionist was very knowledgeable and let me know pricing range and that the crew will provide a better estimate once arriving. Hawaii junk removal gave us a courtesy call that the crew is on the way and the approximate ETA. I was scheduled for arrival time between 9am -11am and they got here by 9:05! I did not need to cancel my whole day just waiting for someone to come by. Once arriving, Carlos gave me an estimate and it was very reasonable. Carlos and his team moved my big bulky items from my apartment which was on the 3rd floor of a walk up. They were even able to get my big sectional down three flights of stairs. Carlos and his team made this process so easy and efficient. You can tell they all work together to complete the job in the quickest way possible.For any of my future junk removal needs, I will be going to Hawaii Junk Removal. You get the best experience and service with these guys at a reasonable price. The crew was so friendly and did not have any complaints even with all the stairs and heavy items 🙂

We found extensive termite damages in our old piano and needed to get rid of it quickly! I called three places. This company is amazing! I have used them twice. Myrtle (Office Manager?) was polite, personable and efficient. In the process of moving, I had accumulated over 30 years of junk. I saw that they had an excellent rating online, so I called them only after another hauling company never returned my calls. Spoke to Myrtle to schedule, she was very professional and pleasant. She sent Carlos to check what I had to remove and to give me an estimate. He to was very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was very reasonable for the amount of items that needed to be removed, and I live on the 2nd floor, no elevator. They arrived earlier than scheduled and cleared out my apartment in less than 45 minutes. All during the removal Carlos and crew focused on removing what needed to be removed, it was quick and painless. They loaded their truck quickly without inconveniencing the other tenants and were gone in a flash. I would highly recommend 👌 giving them a try you will not regret it.
